We will calculate an accurate quote for you once we receive your WatchList information.
We'll work with you to determine a quantity/level of monitoring that suits your budget. (ie. you can increase/decrease the number of monitored pages).
To do this, we must perform an initial procedure for each of your user's Watchlists. This procedure follows website links to pages that you may currently overlook and provides us with an accurate summary of webpage that you wish to have monitored.
Our Initial Fee(s) for this procedure is AUD$50 per user (email recipient). On accept of our quote, it will be deducted from your Setup Fee (it includes setup for up to 2500 web pages on each individual users' watchlist).
We find that this number usually covers the average user's requirements. If the number of pages exceeds 2500, we will notify you of any additional setup cost. This Initial Payment is non-refundable.
THE STEPS TO GET YOU STARTED
- Create a “Watch List” (“How-to” guide is included on page) for you and each person in your business who requires the websiteWatch service.
- Email each user's details with their attached “Watch List” together with payment details of your initial fee(s). We’ll get back to you with a quote, open your account and payment of monthly fees.
