Each manager or department in your business can have a different set of websites monitored according to their individual needs.
You can choose to have sites monitored on specific days and between specific times (additional setup fee applies)
Our standard monitoring frequencies are every 10 minutes, every hour, weekly. However, higher frequencies are available if required.
You simply specify the websites, webpages and keywords (if required) that you (and others in your business) want websiteWatch to monitor along with the desired monitoring frequency.
The easiest way to do this is to copy the applicable webpage addresses from your “Favorites” folder. We have easy-to-follow instructions to complete this step. Also, help and support is available by email, phone and online should you need it.
If you specify keywords, you will be sent updated pages in which the changes include your highlighted keywords.
You specify the email address/s of the recipient/s who want to be notified of changes etc.
Once your account is set up, websiteWatch will start sending changed / updated webpages to your specified email recipients.
Changes on updated web pages are easy to read and assimilate because of the “highlighted changes” feature.
You can decide to read now, read later, save, compare or delete any updated webpages.
How to get started.
We will calculate an accurate quote for you once we receive your WatchList information.
- Create a “Watch List” (“How-to” guide is included on page) for you and each person in your business who requires the websiteWatch service.
- Email each user's details with their attached “Watch List” together with payment details of your initial fee(s). We’ll get back to you with a quote, arrange your account and payment of fees.
