Creating your Watchlist/s (depending on the quantity of websites and webpages you want monitored, this should take approx 6-15 minutes)   Each person in your business who has their own website monitoring requirements should create a watchlist of their own. They will then each have updates sent to their own email address/es. websiteWatch defines each of these “email recipients” as a "user".   On each user's PC, open “Windows Explorer” (Usually found in Start/Programs/Accessories) Go to C:\Documents and Settings\YourPCUserName\Favorites Highlight the main “Favorites” folder            On the top menu, go to File/New/Folder and create a new folder            Call it “WSL_yourbusinessname_username” (abbreviated names are OK, providing there is no confusion between various user names in your business) Once created, highlight this new folder.            Using the same process as above, create subfolders within it as required below: 1. Complete Sites (subfolder name)[only specify website home pages where you want the complete site monitored]. We will follow all links throughout these websites and add them to your Watchlist. 10 Min (subfolder name) Hourly Daily Weekly Other (specify particular day/s, Every X seconds, Every X minutes, Every X hours) [X=1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60] Additional setup fee applies. 2. Only These Pages (folder name) [specify individual webpage addresses you want monitored]. We will not follow links on these pages. 10 Min (subfolder name) Hourly Daily Weekly Other (specify particular day/s, Every X seconds, Every X minutes, Every X hours) [X=1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60] Additional setup fee applies. Each user's watchlist folders “tree” should look like this:   From within each user's normal “Favorites” list (including folders), select the websites or webpages that you want monitored every 10 minutes and copy them (hold Ctrl while you drag the particular favorite address) into the appropriate “10 Min” folder above. Repeat for the websites or webpages that you want monitored hourly, daily, weekly etc. To send each user's Watchlist to websiteWatch right click their main “WSL_yourbusinessname_username” folder, select “Send to / Mail Recipient” and send to PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS IN EACH EMAIL. Eg. Business Name Address 1 Address 2 State/Province Postcode/Zip Country Phone (incl country / local prefixes)   User (Email Recipient) Name Position in Business Email Address Approx webpages to monitor WatchList Favourites Main Folder Name – eg. “WSL_yourbusinessname_username” Keywords (if any) this User wants watched.
